DIRECT BOOKING RATES AND PAYMENT
Rates displayed on our website are our best available direct-booking rates and do not include commissions payable to third-party booking providers.
If you find a genuine lower publicly available rate elsewhere for the same accommodation, dates, number of guests, inclusions and booking conditions, please contact us. We will endeavour to match or better that rate when you book directly with Swansea Cottages & Lodge Suites.
Full payment is required when making a reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY — DIRECT BOOKINGS
The following cancellation and date-change conditions apply only to reservations made directly through our website or with our reception staff.
Cancellations 14 days or more before arrival
Direct bookings may be cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date without a cancellation fee. Any accommodation payment already received will be refunded in full.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival
If a direct booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, the cost of one night’s accommodation will be charged for each room booked.
Date changes
One requested change of dates may be made without an administration fee, subject to availability.
A second or subsequent change will incur an administration fee of $60 per room, per change.
If the replacement dates have a higher accommodation rate, or an additional room charge applies, the difference becomes payable immediately when the booking is changed.
Where a booking is changed within 14 days of its original arrival date, the cancellation conditions applying to the original booking remain in force. Changing the dates does not restart or extend the cancellation period.
No-shows
If a guest does not arrive and has not cancelled or changed the booking with our agreement, the full cost of the reservation remains due and payable.
THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS
Reservations made through Booking.com or another third-party booking provider are subject to the payment, cancellation and amendment conditions shown by that provider when the reservation is made.
Guests should contact the relevant booking provider directly if they wish to cancel or amend a third-party reservation.
