COMMONSENSE "COVID" CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your booking due to any Covid related event, state lock down, lockout or quarantine we will simply cancel your reservation or reschedule should you wish. No fees or cancellation charges when you "book direct." with us at the property.
Outside of Covid normal cancellation policy applies including full payment for a no show. (Please see below cancellation policies)
At Swansea Cottages & Lodge Suites the health and safety of our guests staff and the general community is of the highest importance.
Rates on this web site are our best rates with no commission payable to 3rd parties.
If a genuine lower price is found on a 3rd party web site we will match or better it when booking direct with the property.
-To take advantage of these discounted rates you will need to Book and Pay in full when making a reservation.
-Discounted rates are available for multiple nigh stays excluding the peak period Dec 24th - Jan 20th and Easter Friday - Monday.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to date of arrival at no charge for bookings made direct on this web site or directly through reception.
- Cancellations made between 14-29 days prior to arrival will incur an administration charge of
$60 per room. (Lodge Suite or Cottage)
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival can be rescheduled to an alternate date at a cost of $60 per room. If cancelled under 14 days prior to arrival the cost of the first nights accommodation is payable.
-NO SHOW - For all NO SHOW bookings the full cost of the booking is due and payable.
We are more than happy to accommodate date changes that are subject to availability.
Should these be required please note that an administration charge of $60 is payable per room change.
- Any reservation date changes associated with COVID 19 will be accommodated subject to availability at no additional charge.
Unlike many major hotels and the airlines we DO NOT CHARGE guests a fee for using or paying by credit card. We accept Amex, MasterCard and Visa.
All staff are fully vaccinated for both their and your safety.
Our Covid 19 plan follows all Federal and State directions and stringent guidelines are in place to ensure the health and safety of all guests, staff and the general community.

Social Distancing - Please keep 1.5 metres apart from other guests
Hygiene - Wash your hands thoroughly regularly using soap and hot water and /or the hand sanitiser placed in reception and in your room
Cleaning - Surfaces throughout reception, the property and your rooms are regularly cleaned for your safety

We encourage you to book direct with the property for best rates and booking conditions as when you book through 3rd party websites you are booking under preset conditions set by these web sites.
When you book through 3rd party booking sites, you pay for commission to the booking site. When you book direct with the property you pay no commission at all. and obtain the best rate available on the day.
